The Shop

Step back in time.

Since 2011, Tinner's Anvil has filled a historic brick building on East Broadway with thousands of primitive antiques and handmade American pieces. Wander the rooms and you'll find early painted furniture, folk art, stoneware, quilts, garden and architectural salvage, maps and ephemera — curated by a group of dealers who know and love the primitive look.

It's the kind of place you come to browse for an hour and leave having lost track of two. New finds arrive every week.
